In 1994, Natural Beauty began as a one woman nail care business. Angelyn Scott, founder, began traveling to the homes of her clients to perform manicures, nail enhancements, and pedicure services.

Over the years and between jobs Angelyn realized that entrepreneurship was the only way for her. She was greatly inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of her grandparents. In 1997 Angelyn began her transition from relaxed to natural hair. As she made the journey she discovered her desire and natural ability to care for natural hair.

Using the teachings of her grandmother, ancient readings,constant research and education, she has transformed her ability into an art form.

Angelyn believes life is a constant learning process and we all have access to infinite knowledge as long as we are willing to listen, plan, and act. With a little patience and persistence we can grow a beautiful, healthy head of hair
